How do I get my boyfriend to be romantic more often?

Just tell him. Softly explain it to him in a whisper. Don't demand it just subtly suggest it. Leave magazines around that give hints about guys being romantic.

I love it when he does and says romantic things, but he sometimes gets caught up in being funny or silly, so the romance part falls by the wayside. The times when he IS romantic, he's REALLY romantic, and I practically melt into a puddle. I just want him to be like that more often. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that he's funny and playful, but I'd like more of that romantic side to show through more often.
